Divorce Masters

  Sharla Robinson Coughlin

Sharla Robinson Coughlin graduated from Vermont Law School in 1987.  She first worked for legal services, later in private practice, and then served as the first permanent Divorce Master and Child Custody Mediator for the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas from 2000-2009.  After working with homeless and transitional housing issues in Beaver County, she joined the York County Divorce Masters Office in March, 2015.

  Robert A. Kulling 

Robert A. Kulling graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2010. He began his legal training in 2009 where he interned for the Widener Civil Law clinic, handling a variety of civil and family law matters. For the past five years, he has been in private practice primarily focusing on family law cases including divorce and custody. He joined the York County Divorce Master’s Office in October 2015.

  Claire L. Gargiulo

Claire L. Gargiulo graduated from Widener University in 2011, where she worked as a certified legal intern and later the Staff Attorney for the Environmental Law Clinic.  After graduation, she worked in private practice, focusing mainly on Family Law and Collections, subsequently managing a Collections law practice.  She joined the York County Divorce Masters Office in June 2017.
