Performance Measures

Performance measures for Fiscal Year 2010 October 2009 Ending September 2010:

The national goal established by the federal government in every measure is 80%. Each measure that is met at 80% or higher receives 100% of federal incentive money that is available. The national data quoted is unaudited data for the FFY 2010.

Pennsylvania ranks 1st in the nation with a composite total of 90.90% for all measures. In addition Pennsylvania has the highest ratio of collection on support and arrears.

  • Paternity Ratio: 100%
  • Collection of Arrears: 83.96%
  • Current Support Collection: 84.11%
  • Medical Support Establishment: 93.98%
  • Med. Support Enforcement: 88.04%


PENNSYLVANIA:

  • Support Orders Entered Ratio: 90.15%
  • Paternity Ratio: 95.83%
  • Collection of Arrears: 83.14%
  • Current Support Collection: 83.04%
  • Medical Support Establishment: 89.30%
  • Med. Support Enforcement: 84.67%

NATIONAL:

  • Support Orders Entered Ratio: 80.08%
  • Paternity Ratio: 94.73%
  • Collection of Arrears: 62.05%
  • Current Support: 62.11%
  • Medical Support Establishment: N/A
  • Med. Support Enforcement: N/A

Medical establishment and enforcement is measured but has not been included in federal calculations yet. There is no national data available at this time.
