Rules for submitting a proclamation request

1. Requests must be received at least two weeks before the requested presentation or pickup date

2. All applications are subject to review and approval by the commissioners

3. Requestor must provide language for the proclamation – a sample copy can be provided

4. Proclamations/certificates must be picked up – no mail delivery

5. One proclamation per calendar year

Exceptions upon review and approval by the Board of Commissioners
