Discussion will include elevating buildings, wet and dry flood-proofing structures as well as relocation and acquisition. Federal and state agency representatives will be there to discuss other floodplain management topics like FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program, Community Rating System and other grant programs available to property owners to reduce their flood risks.

If you have any questions regarding the workshop, contact Jason Stick, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, by calling 410-962-3475 or emailing him at Jason.T.Stick@usace.army.mil. We hope to see you at the workshops!
