Need Help Raking Leaves Or Shoveling? Sign Up For Rent-A-Kid

York County seniors interested in help raking leaves, shoveling snow or with other household chores are encouraged to arrange for a Rent-A-Kid.

The Rent-A-Kid program, sponsored by the York County Area Agency on Aging, is a program that connects older adults and teenagers together.

For over 30 years, kids have been helping and learning from older adults through the Rent-A-Kid program. It gives individual teenagers the chance to help out York County senior citizens, 60 years or older, with indoor and outdoor household chores. The recommended pay is $5 per hour.
