Sheriff’s Office Announces “Refuse to be a Victim” Class at the Markets at Hanover
On Saturday November 19, 2022 the York County Sheriff's Office will be partnering with the Markets on Broadway in Hanover Pa to present a NRA Refuse to Be a Victim Seminar.
The single most important step toward ensuring your personal safety is making the conscious decision to Refuse To Be A Victim®. You stand a much better chance of preventing criminal attack if you develop a safety plan before
you need it. That is why the Refuse To Be A Victim® crime prevention seminar was developed. It is a program of the National Rifle Association.
The seminar teaches easy‑to‑understand methods you can use to increase awareness and prevent criminal confrontation. The course included topics such as General Overview of Crime, Physical Security, Home Security, Automobile Security, Travel Security, Technological Security, Personal Protection Devices, and other areas.
This class is offered free of charge. Please contact Lt. Godfrey at email@example.com if you would like more information or would like to register for this class.
