Orphans' Court Division Filing and Auditing of Accounts
Accounts filed in accordance with the following schedule will be called for audit in Courtroom Number 7003 (7th floor) at 9:00 am on the following dates:

Current Business Adoptions & Petitions for the Settlement of Small Estates
Petitions and Motions, including requests for continuances, shall be filed with the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division and not presented in chambers.
Hearings provide for by the Adoption Act will be scheduled by and held on dates available to the Court.
Petitions for the Settlement of Small Estates
Petitions shall be filed with the Office of the Clerk of Orphans' Court. If all parties beneficially interested in the estate or entitled to notice have not joined in the petitions, a minimum of twenty days notice must be given to those parties that the petition will be presented at the next available audit day as set forth in this calendar, The parties that have not joined in the petition shall be apprised, by way of written notice, of the specific audit date, time and place, and that they must appear at the audit and/or provide in advance of the audit a written objection to the petition.
All petitions of decedents age fifty-five or older must include a copy of the letter from the Department of Welfare stating the amount of medical assistance, if any, due to the state.
