To request documents for a Pardon please submit your request to YCPPDocumentRequest@yorkcountypa.gov
You will need to provide your name, date of birth, phone number, address and docket number in this email.
Once your email is received, you will be contacted regarding the amount due for your records. The fee is $0.25 per page.
You will receive the following documents:
Criminal Complaint
Affidavit of Probable Cause
Criminal Informations or Indictment
Final Plea or Verdict
Sentencing Order
Proof of Payment
