Make a Payment
Please note that York County's credit card vendor - PayGov/PayTRUST Solutions, Inc. - will charge your credit card a convenience fee in addition to your payment amount of either $3.00 or 3% whichever is greater. For example on a $10 payment transaction the fee would be $3.00 for a total payment of $13.00 and on a $800 payment the fee would be $24.00 or 3%.

Please note that your credit card will be billed by PayGov or PayTRUST Solutions, Inc. and NOT York County or the Clerk of Courts, and your credit card statement will list York County Government. If you have any question, please call the 1-800 # provided on your statement. We CANNOT accept payments for any Magisterial District Court costs and fines. Payments must be made at the District Court where the lower court case was adjudicated.
If you have an existing case and would like to make a payment on that case, you are required to provide your case number. For example:
Please be certain that you are indicating the CORRECT case type or else your payment may be applied to another defendant's case - “CR” for Criminal cases, “SA” for Summary Appeal cases, and “MD” for Miscellaneous Docket cases.

Filing Fee Payments:
If you wish to pay for a Record Check ($11.00) on-line, please review the Record Check link on this website or contact 717-849-5011 or email email@example.com with any additional questions you may have. If you are attempting to make a filing fee payment, please contact the Clerk's office at 717-771-9612 or email COCManagement@yorkcountypa.gov to obtain a case number and the correct filing fee amount.
Once you have obtained a case number from the Clerk's office you may make a filing fee payment to the same website as noted above. To make a filing fee payment, click here.
